Cake Decorating

Let us teach your group a few things about decorating cakes. We show how to crumb the cake, smooth the cake and also how to do a basic border. We provide everything that they need to decorate the cake. Classes include a 5 inch single layer cake, all the frosting needed, and of course all of the sprinkles to decorate their finished cake.

Candy Making

Let us teach your group a few things about making candy. In this class we show how to make different candy using chocolate. We have them do a variety of things. For example they may make caramel swirled chocolate covered pretzels, suckers, different types of barks and crunches, mint patties, peanut butter logs, and / or coconut balls. Whenever we get new products or ideas we try to incorporate them into our class. No two classes are ever the same.

We try to make our classes fun as well as informative. We have a requirement of a minimum of six children to a class and a maximum of 15 to a class. The full amount is due upon the beginning of the class.
